March 2019 - Introducing Skyreach v2! We are delighted to announce that the Skyreach v2 platform is now available to all partners. v2 has been rebuilt from the ground up on our new cloud infrastructure and offers faster turnaround, better reliability and a more modern interface which our partners' developers have told us is easier to work with. v1 will continue to operate for the time being but will be switched off at a date to be announced, and we strongly encourage all partners to move to v2 as soon as practical. The main differences are as follows. All v2 addresses begin with /api/v2/ instead of /api/v1/, and the survey addresses have been made plural in line with common practice, so for example where you previously used "survey" you should now use "surveys". The separate list address has been retired as the plural address now serves this purpose. Field names have been modernised to use the "camelCase" style that is now standard across the industry, both in what you send us and in what we send back. In particular claim_ref is now claimRef, and property_address is now simply address. The webhook address field has also been renamed for consistency with industry conventions. Survey numbers now have a new format. The status values have been revised to give you more detailed information about where your survey is up to, and the damage score now uses a finer scale. We have also simplified our priority tiers. Updated reference documentation for v2 will be published on this site shortly. In the meantime your account manager can answer any questions.

November 2018 - Thermal imagery is now included with every survey at no extra charge. Thermal images are listed alongside the regular photographs.

August 2018 - Reference documentation updated to version 1.4. Added information about webhooks.

June 2018 - Emergency surveys are now available in the Port Aster and Harbourside areas. Contact your account manager to arrange pre-approval.

January 2018 - We have moved to a new data centre. Partners who restrict outgoing connections by address should contact support for the new addresses.

November 2017 - The Developer Portal has a fresh new look!
